In every team works, there is some moments that you , as the master, i should decide. some of this moments are so hard to pass... .
As the master of a team, some times you should choose between two ways. i think ,two is a very small number. but, some times happens that, this small number change your way of life... also change some others way of life... .
Now, I ,as a master of a team, am in one of this moments. i should decide... . But, Which way...?
